Three Arcadia men were arrested and a warrant issued for a fourth after an early morning fight on Maplewood Court.
Victor Manuel Cruz, 27, of 805 E. Jefferson; Fredy Cruz, 21, 704 E. David Ave.; and Eber Hernandez Sandoval, 18, of 685 El Dorado Parkway were all charged with felony being parties to a crime with substantial battery and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Each signed a $1,000 signature bond, according to court records.
The warrant was issued for Marcos Hernandez Ortiz, 22, of N28322 State Road 93, number 3. He was also charged with being a party to substantial battery and disorderly conduct.
Police offers say the incident began May 4 when individuals drinking in the garage of a home asked the driver of the car containing the four men to slow down and be quiet. The vehicle at that time allegedly ran into a curb near the house, according to the criminal complaint.
Court records say that the vehicle and men later returned and one of the home’s occupants ended up in the middle of the street being kicked and hit.
