B-T seventh at Ithaca tourney

The Blair-Taylor High School wrestling team finished seventh out of 11 teams at a tournament in Ithaca on Saturday.

Jackson Shramek had the best finish for the Wildcats, placing second in the 170-pound bracket with a 2-1 day. Shramek is now 19-4 on the year.

Bryan Rogstad finished fourth at 182 pounds, going 2-2 on Saturday. He has a 16-12 record this season.

Ryan Flynn (1-2 at 145 pounds) and Dylan Elvaker (2-2 at 195 pounds) both took fifth place.

Ithaca/Weston won the tournament. 

Blair-Taylor was scheduled to compete in a dual at Independence on Thursday before visiting Sparta on Saturday.
