County COVID cases dip slightly

While the number of new cases of COVID-19 are still high compared to recent months, there were 11 fewer in Trempealeau County last week than the previous week.

The 46 new cases were still the second highest since last January, but still a drop from the 57 in the area two weeks ago.

There were 13 new cases within the Blair-Taylor School District. There were 10 new cases within residents of the Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau district, eight in Independence, seven in Whitehall and five in Arcadia. 

Blair had the largest increase as there were 11 new cases with 54616 zip codes, while Eleva and Independence both had nine. There were five new cases in Galesville, Trempealeau and Strum, four in Osseo, three in Whitehall and two in Arcadia and Ettrick.
