Galesville man arrested on child porn charges

A Galesville man was taken into custody for possession of child pornography, according to a press release issued by the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department.

Clayton Solberg, 22, 20393 West Gale Ave, was arrested at approximately 7:30 a.m. last Wednesday after the local sheriff’s department received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The sheriff’s department, along with the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation executed a search warrant. After an investigation, Solberg was taken into custody. 

Solberg had yet to officially be charged by the Trempealeau County District Attorney’s office as of Monday of this week. No further information was released
