            Dozens of area residents sat in the stands at the amphitheater at Arcadia’s Memorial Park listening to Time And A Half play last Thursday. The concert was the first of three concerts held in the park by the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce throughout this summer with more shows coming July 23 and Aug. 27. In addition to music, food trucks were parked nearby and caricature drawings were offered for attendees.            (Times photographs by Andrew Dannehy)
