Wednesday, Sept. 16

10:24 — Blair: Welfare check on a student requested. The student has not been logged into school all year and the principal has only been able to reach the student’s mother once.

10:48 — Galesville: Caller advised a vehicle has been leaving the road and driving through his yard. A witness did get a license plate number. Caller said this has happened twice.

12:26 — Arcadia: A smoke alarm is going off.

12:49 — Whitehall: An elderly male is the victim of a scam.

13:28 — Arcadia: 911 caller is not sure what is going on.

14:07 — Whitehall: Theft of a Trump flag and sign.

14:35 — Independence: Caller advised a vehicle pulled up and shined its lights. It seemed suspicious.

15:17 — Ettrick: Debris is lying in the roadway.

16:48 — Osseo: A stripped down vehicle was dumped. It is missing a lot of parts.

19:18 — Osseo: A truck is parking and blocking the caller’s driveway.

19:43 — Galesville: A strong smell of natural gas in the area reported.

21:19 — Independence: A Delta airliner was shined with a blue laser about 10 minutes ago.

Thursday, Sept. 17

08:19 — Osseo: A truck is blocking the caller’s driveway.  

09:05 — Osseo: Caller has a buck walking around in his yard with a broken back leg.

13:09 — Winona County: A mobile home fell on a male party. He is breathing, but not conscious.

14:00 — Whitehall: A car was speeding. Caller believes it was going at least 100 miles per hour. Two females were in the vehicle.

14:19 — Whitehall: Officer advised a subject passed illegally.

17:29 — Arcadia: Caller reported a scam attempt.

18:09 — Strum: A motorcycle at a high rate of speed on Highway 10.

20:56 — Arcadia: A female was bitten by a cat.

20:58 — Blair: Reporting party received a call from her mother saying an ex-boyfriend is at the residence. A female is screaming for the male to get out of the house and to quit hitting her.

Friday, Sept. 18

04:10 — Blair: A one-year-old needs emergency medical service.

05:26 — Blair: Caller reporting a crash with a deer. The vehicle is disabled.

10:07 — Whitehall: Vandalism to a vehicle reported.

11:24 — Galesville: A subject wrapped in a blanket is sleeping behind the curling club. The subject is between a field and the building.

14:41 — Ettrick: Caller’s ex-girlfriend forged checks from his checkbook.

15:00 — Blair: A silver car was swerving and crossing the center and fog lines.

16:30 — Eleva: Caller would like to file harassment charges on a subject who is spreading rumors about her.

17:25 — Ettrick: A four-year-old has his head stuck in a compartment of a vehicle. He is not injured.

20:55 — Blair: Caller advised a vehicle has one light brighter than the other. It has been swerving and tailgating.

23:03 — Galesville: Report of an underage alcohol party.

23:42 — Strum: Caller reporting her husband stole her semi.

23:55 — Galesville: Caller reporting a fight in the parking lot. There are about 10 people involved.

23:58 — Eleva: Squad car hit a deer, no apparent damage.

Saturday, Sept. 19

02:50 — Strum: Caller advised a female was outside his home. She asked him for a ride to Osseo for an emergency situation.

05:21 — Strum: 911 caller claiming it is an emergency that she gets to Osseo.

11:51 — Ettrick: A deer in a field needs to be dispatched. It is about 20 rows in.

14:02 — Galesville: A blue car is all over the road. At times it is in the other lane of traffic. 

15:27 — Arcadia: Caller said her rear license plate has been taken off of her vehicle.

15:50 — Whitehall: Caller advised a female attempted suicide.

18:25 — Osseo: A four-wheeler crash reported on a trail. One subject was injured.

19:24 — Galesville: Caller struck a deer. Airbags were deployed, two people are possibly injured.

22:44 — Ettrick: Report of a suspicious vehicle with two occupants that followed the caller.

23:53 — Eleva: Caller was punched in the face by a female about an hour ago.

Sunday, Sept. 20

00:02 — Independence: Caller reported her boyfriend is putting his hands on her. They’re both intoxicated, no one else is there. No weapons are involved.

05:33 — Osseo: Caller reporting a large black horse is running on Highway 10 toward Osseo. It is three or four miles east of Osseo.

05:47 — Arcadia: A male who is not supposed to be on the caller’s property was in her back yard. Caller was told the male was hitting her daughter and he took off running toward the back of another duplex.  

07:39 — Galesville: Caller said there is a motorcycle near their garage parked in the lawn. Caller doesn’t have any idea about who owns it, will try to get a license plate.

12:48 — Eleva: Theft complaints made.

15:28 — Strum: 911 caller advised she has no money, is hungry, tired of walking and mad. She wants to speak to an officer.

18:03 — Blair: Caller hit a dog. She doesn’t know if there is any damage to her vehicle.

18:45 — Galesville: A male came into the caller’s yard, said things and left. There is a restraining order against the person, a condition of a bond that he is not to have contact with the caller.

18:56 — Blair: A red four-wheeler is racing up and down the street. It is making a lot of noise and driving recklessly.

21:54 — Whitehall: Caller reporting an ongoing issue with someone harassing him and his family. Now there is a vehicle driving through his neighborhood.

23:32 — Galesville: A squad car hit a deer.

Monday, Sept. 21

06:40 — Trempealeau: Three juveniles appearing to be teenagers are standing around at an intersection. They’re not really doing anything, but caller is not sure why they’d be there. Caller didn’t think it looked like they were waiting for a bus.

08:49 — Independence: Ongoing traffic complaint on Highway 93, especially with new blacktop. Caller was passed yesterday at a high rate of speed near County Road VV. Caller wants extra speed enforcement and thanked the sheriff’s department for its service.

08:54 — Trempealeau: Theft of a political sign. A Trump sign is missing.

12:41 — Arcadia: Caller came upon a rollover.

15:41 — Eleva: Caller reporting a one-vehicle accident.

17:41 — Galesville: Vehicles that are on the caller’s property should not be there.

18:06 — Galesville: Three people are laying in a parking lot. Caller isn’t sure what was going on. One person was standing on the corner.

18:37 — Whitehall: Officer advised a deer in the roadway needs to be dispatched.

20:11 — Blair: Caller reporting a dirt bike accident.

21:15 — Ettrick: A subject is riding a bicycle that doesn’t have any lights or anything to identify themselves. The subject is also wearing dark clothing.

23:20 — Blair: A subject was involved in an ATV rollover crash.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

07:39 — Blair: Caller reported a hose that is dark brown with a white belly is on the road.

09:42 — Galesville: A small dump truck is well off the road. A wrecker is on the way to tow it.

10:45 — Independence: Caller advised a door was broken. Caller has a suspect.

12:43 — Strum: Behind a house by the river a female is sliding toward the river. She is not injured, but caller doesn’t have the strength to get her back up.

16:00 — Whitehall: Theft of a political sign.

17:03 — Ettrick: Third party report of a possible domestic incident. A female was being physically and verbally abusive toward a male. There is a child in the residence.

19:16 — Independence: Caller reported a motorcycle going at least 100 miles per hour in a 40 MPH zone. Caller is no longer behind the motorcycle, it was going too fast to keep up.

21:20 — Independence: A male put a snake in another male’s vehicle.
