Wednesday, Sept. 13

            03:47 — Whitehall: Female 911 caller demanding “you need to get him out of my %@#&ing house.”

            10:07 — Trempealeau County: Caller struck a parked car. 

            11:18 — Trempealeau County: A trailer is in the middle of the southbound lane, facing the wrong direction. Caller almost hit it. 

            14:24 — Galesville: Caller said the neighbor’s cattle are in his crop fields, causing damage. 

            14:43 — Independence: Two-car crash, no injuries. 

            15:55 — Osseo: School bus violation; bus manager has video. 

            17:16 — Ettrick: Caller said he was attacked by his mother’s boyfriend. Call dropped. 

            17:40 — Strum: A 72-year-old male is not responding. 

            18:36 — Galesville: An elderly male has been sitting by a broken down vehicle for the past two hours. 

            18:46 — Whitehall: A 35-year-old male is convulsing. 

            18:58 — Eleva: Someone cut the lock on the caller’s backyard fence. 

            19:08 — Osseo: Caller struck a deer; damage to the headlight and fender. 

            19:35 — Arcadia: A vehicle is in the ditch. 

            20:14 — Dodge: Caller’s car was hit. The striking vehicle left. Caller said the crash should be on the bar’s camera. 

Thursday, Sept. 14

            05:41 — Whitehall: A deer needs to be dispatched. 

            06:48 — Whitehall: An off-duty officer is reporting an argument in an alleyway. 

            09:09 — Whitehall: A male is turning himself in. 

            12:19 — Strum: Adult protective services are requesting a deputy accompany them to a residential visit. 

            12:57 — Osseo: Caller reported harassing phone calls. 

            14:38 — Blair: Caller is missing a yak. It is black with long, shaggy fur and horns. 

            14:39 — Whitehall: Caller caught what he thinks is a mink. 

            15:21 — Osseo: Caller reported two young females are out with a disabled car. 

            15:27 — Whitehall: Jail staff requesting an officer in reference to locating what they believe is drugs in an inmate’s property. 

            16:42 — Osseo: Officer reported a vehicle with an illegible license plate. 

            16:55 — Whitehall: A child fell off a bike. 

            18:34 — Trempealeau: Caller reporting a hit and run. 

            19:17 — Independence: Cell phone crash notification. 

            20:41 — Trempealeau County: Caller’s husband has fallen and they are unable to get him up. 

            21:30 — Osseo: Officer is out with a car that has no license plate. 

            21:36 — Galesville: Caller reported a cow in the roadway. 

            23:25 — Ettrick: A male threatened to slash the caller’s tires. 

Friday, Sept. 15

            07:07 — Strum: Caller is reporting 20 to 25 cattle are out. 

            07:24 — Arcadia: A disabled semi is blocking the lane of traffic. 

            08:00 — Galesville: Caller said lights in the construction area are very delayed. Caller has been waiting 15 minutes for the light to change; vehicles are backed up. 

            09:06 — Blair: Caller is requesting a welfare check on a male who is making suicidal comments. 

            09:38 — Galesville: Smoke is coming from a berry field. Caller doesn’t see anyone around. 

            10:51 — Galesville: Caller reporting traffic is coming through at a high speed. 

            11:13 — Trempealeau: The warden’s squad is disabled. They’re working to tow it well off the road. 

            11:17 — Blair: Caller hit a bald eagle and it appears that it has a broken wing. The eagle is alert and on the side of the road. 

            14:03 — Arcadia: A two-car crash reported. 

            14:03 — Arcadia: A female is cussing and throwing stuff. 

            15:21 — Independence: A vehicle rear ended another vehicle. 

            15:46 — Whitehall: A male with warrants is visiting in the jail. 

            16:03 — Whitehall: Caller reporting the theft of items. 

            16:21 — Osseo: Caller reported a party is trespassing on her property. 

            17:06 — Whitehall: 911 open line. Dispatch can hear talking in the background and someone hitting buttons on the phone. 

            18:14 — Arcadia: Caller is concerned about the welfare of a friend. Has not had contact with the person since Tuesday. 

            18:34 — Arcadia: A white SUV passed in a no-passing zone. 

            22:05 — Blair: Six people are arguing and possibly about to fight. 

            23:40 — Arcadia: Officer advised a subject is failing to stop. 

            23:48 — Blair: Two people are on the ground. 

Saturday, Sept. 16

            00:38 — Blair: A male is walking down the middle of the road, wearing a black sweatshirt and jeans. 

            01:55 — Independence: Hit-and-run reported. The front passenger bumper of the vehicle was damaged. 

            05:31 — Eleva: A male is outside asking for help. He appears to have shortness of breath. 

            07:49 — Independence: Vehicle parts are in the caller’s driveway and on the road. There is a bumper there with a license plate attached. 

            08:22 — Independence: A 67-year-old male is unresponsive. CPR is in progress. 

            11:13 — Galesville: 911 open line. Sounds like a male unloading items. 

            12:01 — Arcadia: A husky is wandering in the road. 

            14:40 — Trempealeau: A disabled vehicle is near the county line. 

            16:58 — Ettrick: Disabled vehicle reported. 

            17:16 — Trempealeau: Bar staff would like for a party who is harassing staff members to be removed. 

            17:24 — Blair: Caller reporting mailboxes were struck by a vehicle. 

            17:36 — Whitehall: Caller said his brother is hurting his girlfriend. 

            17:44 — Trempealeau: Caller reporting a hit-and-run that occurred Thursday.

            18:51 — Whitehall: Caller requested a welfare check on a possibly vulnerable adult.  

            18:56 — Blair: A car hit a deer. No injuries or road blockage. 

            19:28 — Galesville: A vehicle is swerving from the fog line over the centerline. 

Sunday, Sept. 17

            02:26 — Blair: Officer reported a fight. 

            03:57 — Arcadia: Caller’s neighbors are fighting. 

            04:08 — Strum: Caller reported his wife is intoxicated and attacking him. He was choked.

            04:21 — Osseo: A vehicle was crossing the center then hit hazards and pulled over, almost hitting a mailbox. 

            05:29 — Independence: A vehicle passed an Arcadia officer at high rate of speed. 

            05:40 — Arcadia: Caller believes someone is in her garage. 

            08:49 — Dodge: Caller reporting a vehicle is in the ditch. The party swerved to miss a deer. 

            13:27 — Trempealeau: One-vehicle rollover reported. 

            16:25 — Eleva: Two calves are on the highway. 

            17:20 — Arcadia: Two guys are arguing with officials at a soccer game. 

            17:28 — Strum: Dog bite reported. It was a friend’s dog; the dog is vaccinated. 

            17:31 — Arcadia: Caller reported four people on sport bikes. 

            18:10 — Whitehall: Panic alarm sounded. 

            19:12  — Independence: A vehicle is traveling a high rates of speed. 

            22:29 — Strum: A physical domestic dispute reported. 

            23:10 — Independence: A male is posting suicidal messages. 

Monday, Sept. 18

            11:30 — Galesville: A 63-year-old male believes he is having a stroke. The right side of his face is tingly. 

            11:40 — Blair: DNR warden requested a dead bald eagle be removed from the middle of the road. 

            12:58 — Whitehall: Caller requesting to speak to an officer about a package delivery issue. Caller believes the package may have been taken. 

            13:04 — Ettrick: Caller reporting harassment by e-mail. 

            13:11 — Galesville: Caller reported threats. 

            14:30 — Eleva: A dog has been barking all day. 

            14:59 — Osseo: Caller advised someone vandalized the caller’s vehicle. There is damage to the side. 

            15:18 — Whitehall: Caller found a garbage bag with bones inside. 

            19:51 — Blair: Caller said a female is off the rails. She is screaming and yelling. Caller wants her removed. 

            19:57 — Independence: A vehicle is crossing the center and fog lines. It has a sun roof and someone keeps putting part of their body out the window. 

            21:33 — Galesville: Caller said a male who she has a 72-hour no contact order against just called her from the jail. 

Tuesday, Sept. 19

            04:58 — Arcadia: Caller reported a male is by a vehicle. It appears he needs some sort of help; caller isn’t sure if he was in an accident.

            08:24 — Osseo: School bus violation.

            12:25 — Black River Falls: A kid is riding around on a dirt bike.

            12:41 — Independence: Caller said his employer is falsely accusing him of theft. 

            13:20 — Independence: Caller reported a deceased party’s son came to the residence, damaged property and took his wallet. 

            14:12 — Trempealeau County: Caller reporting they struck a deer; believes the vehicle is drivable. 

            14:42 — Blair: A dark gray SUV is crossing the center and fog lines. 

            15:16 — Whitehall: Caller reporting fraud activity.

            18:11 — Arcadia: Caller reporting a noise complaint. 

            18:53 — Whitehall: A nursing home resident is hitting other residents and staff. No weapons. 

            19:29 — Whitehall: 911 caller reported a barking dog. Caller wants an officer to come there and listen. 

            23:17 — Blair: A male wearing all black is walking on the fog line, carrying a suit case. 

            23:47 — Osseo: Attempt to locate a missing person from Eau Claire County.
