Christopher “Chris” M. Mish

Christopher “Chris” Michael Mish, 48, died unexpectedly, October 13, 2021.

Chris was born August 24, 1973, in Whitehall. Chris was the son of Romelle (Mish) and the late Gaylord Adank.

Chris married Tammy (Gunderson) Mish, August 27, 2011, at Blair Park. Chris loved camping with his family and friends, playing darts, bean bags, hunting, fishing, his Dallas Cowboys and any other game he could kick our butt in. He had a passion for mechanics, including farming with the Bremmer family and loved his work at Independence Ready Mix where he was treated like family.

Chris is survived by his loving wife, Tammy; his children: Dylan and Isabella Mish; a stepson, Riley Gunderson; his mother, Romelle and biological father, Peter Bautch; two sisters: Geri Lynn (Jerry) Knudson and their children, Tanner and Gavin and Hope (Dennis) Nerison and their daughter, Zoe.

In addition to his father, Gaylord, Chris was preceded in death by a nephew, Creed.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at Jack Funeral Home in Blair. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.
