David C. Misch Sr.

David Charles Misch Sr., 74, of Whitehall, passed away August 30, 2025, in La Crosse.

David was born August 27, 1951 in Whitehall. He was a proud Vietnam veteran, known for his ability to transform any gathering into a celebration. David possessed a remarkable gift for having fun and ensuring those around him shared in that joy.

David is survived by his son, David Misch Jr.; son, Peter Cooper (spouse, Gail); daughter, Ashley Lasiter (husband, Kevin); along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers: Roger Misch (wife, Debbie), Nick Misch Jr. (wife, Sue), and Freddie Misch (wife, Nancy); sisters: Lois Kelly, Betty Wilda (husband, Kevin); and sister-in-law, Carrie Misch.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Delia (Hallum) Misch; father, Nick Misch; brother, Kenneth Misch; sister, Shirley (Sandvig) Misch; and brother-in-law, Ben Kelley.

David was laid to rest Monday, October 13, 2025, at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
