Dennis R. Schuch

Dennis Ray Schuch, 77, of rural Whitehall, died Friday, August 27, 2021, in his home, after a long hard-fought battle with many health issues.

Dennis was born December 9, 1943, in Eau Claire, to Raymond and Mildred (Hartung) Schuch.  He married Sharon Meistad, November 10, 1962, in Durand.

Dennis loved hunting, fishing and any other trouble he could get into with his twin brother!

Dennis survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Sharon; two daughters: Dawn Manka (Cory) and Becky (Rodney) Severson; four grandchildren: Jason (LaYona), Jena (Andrew), Heather and Tyler; six great-grandchildren: Gavin, Mayzie, Andrew, Rayden, Hattie and Gentrie; two sisters: Bernice (Glen) Fedie and Eileen (Gary) Fahnel; six sisters-in-law: Zona Schuch, Sandy Schuch, Geraldine Meistad, Cheryl Meistad, Mary Jane Evanson and Phyllis Thompson; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by four brothers: Jerry, Duane, twin brother, Douglas and Richard; and a grandson, Nathan.

A memorial service will be held Friday, September 3, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., at Jack Funeral Home in Whitehall with Father George officiating.
