Donna M. Lyngen

Donna M. Lyngen, 80, of Hixton, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025, in her home.
Donna was born October 6, 1944, in Kenosha, to Delores Schoen and Warren Jackson. Growing up, she was raised by her stepdad, Bernard Foreman. Donna moved to the Blair area in 1966 where she met Darrell Lyngen and married him on February 23, 1968, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA.
Donna worked as a CNA most of her life, working at Tri-County Memorial Nursing Home in Whitehall, as well as Comforts of Home and Parkside Residence, both in Black River Falls. Donna enjoyed her job, but loved spending quality time with her family and friends. She was an extremely devoted mom and grandma and will be deeply missed.
Donna is survived by her three children: Tammy (Phineas) Schrock of Blair, Brian (Vicki) Lyngen of Blair, and Rachel Lyngen of Hixton; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In addition to her parents, Delores (Peter) McCormick, Warren Jackson and Bernard Foreman, Donna is preceded in death by her sisters: Linda and Connie; and grandchildren: Allison Bue and Bryant Lyngen.
Visitation will be held Friday April 4, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Jack Funeral Home in Blair. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Blair.
