Gerald P. “Jerry” Wolfe

Gerald Patrick “Jerry” Wolfe, 55, of Arcadia passed away peacefully at his home, Monday, October 18, 2021.

Jerry was born March 30, 1966, on his sister Jean’s birthday, in Arcadia, to Gerald “Chalky” and Grace (Sonsalla) Wolfe. Jerry graduated from Arcadia High School where he had played baseball and basketball, and going on to play softball. He then attended technical school in Winona and La Crosse. He was employed at Ashley Furniture Industries as a line supply manager. Jerry loved sports — watching the Badgers, Brewers, Packers, and expecially Michigan State, where his first cousin, Mark, was the head coach. In his younger days, Jerry was a so-so hunter, then he enjoyed his camper and fishing.

Jerry is survived by his mother, Grace Wolfe of Arcadia; sister, Jean (Richard) Bottelberghe of Onalaska; brothers: Joseph (Jodeen) Wolfe of Arcadia and James (Mayte) Wolfe of Homestead, FL; several nieces, nephews, friends; and his cat, Patches. Jerry was preceded in death by his father, “Chalky” Wolfe; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Funeral Services were held Friday, October 22, 2021, at Holy Family Parish at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Sebastian Kolodziejczyk officiated. Friends and family could call from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at Holy Family Parish.
