Janice E. Larson

On the morning of February 28, 2022, Janice Elaine Larson died peacefully, surrounded by her loving daughters and sweetheart, Dennis “Moose” Anderson, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire.

Janice was born August 8, 1934, to Gilbert and Olga (Dahl) Berg. She grew up on the family farm with her two brothers and two sisters. Her love of music and dance led her to her soul mate, Maynard Larson. They were married May 3, 1952, and shared five daughters and 57 years together until Maynard’s passing, October 15, 2009.

Throughout the years, Janice enjoyed horseback riding, tractor pulls, sewing, crocheting, playing cards, dancing, traveling, her church, her friends and especially her family. Until her passing, she and her sweetheart, “Moose”, enjoyed bingo, bean bags, motorcycle and side-by-side rides. Prior to retirement in 1999, Janice worked several occupations while maintaining the farm.

Welcoming her into Heaven are her parents; husband, Maynard; sister, Jeanette Brooks; brother, Vernon Berg; several brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews and special friend, Earl Ruff.
