Jeremy S. Knudtson

 

Jeremy Scott Knudtson, 35, of rural Whitehall, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in his home, surrounded by his closest family and friends, after losing his battle with cancer.

Jeremy was born October 4, 1987, in Arcadia, to William and Theresa (Woychik) Knudtson. He grew up and attended elementary and middle school in Blair-Taylor and graduated from North High School in Eau Claire.

Jeremy worked at Ashley Furniture up until his diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, at which time he ended his employment to focus on his treatment. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and playing with everyone’s kids. Jeremy enjoyed reading books, music, movies, gaming, writing in his journal and he enjoyed a good fish fry with his loved ones. Jeremy overcame challenges throughout his life, but never let anything get him down for long. Jeremy had a heart of gold, touching the lives of many and inspired them to be the best version of themselves.

Jeremy is survived by his mother, Theresa Woychik; stepfather, Joe Woychik; sister, Lisa Ringlien; sister, Stacy Paulson; sister, Lara Seubert; brother, Cody Skorstad; many aunts, uncles, cousins; extended family and numerous friends.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his father, William Knudtson; his grandparents, Arthur & Marilyn Hibbard; grandparents, Alan & Kathy Knudtson; and his cousin, Matthew Chojnacki.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Grace Baptist Church, 11591 17th Ave., Eau Claire, with lunch provided afterward. A Celebration of Life will follow the memorial service at Shari’s Bar & Grill in Whitehall.
