Valeria F. Kampa

Valeria Frances Kampa, 100, of Arcadia, passed away at her home, Monday, February 13, 2023.

Valeria was born December 1, 1922, to Peter and Frances (Przybilla) Klimek. She was united in marriage to Joseph Kampa, May 8, 1944. Joe preceded her in death, March 5, 2010. The couple was blessed with 65 years of marriage.

Valeria is survived by her son, John (Judy) Kampa; daughters: Pat (Ron) Moga and Joyce Woychik; six grandchildren: Brenda (Randy) Suchla, Mark (Kelly) Moga, Molly (Tim) Schultz, Marsha (Doug) Schwoch, Kelsey (Seth) Hoyer and Grant (Ashley) Woychik; 10 great-grandchildren: Caleb and Kianna Suchla, Chandler (Morgin) and Carson Schultz, Jalil Dillard, Lana Hoyer, Steele, Blakley, Lennon and Briggs Woychik; and sister: Marian Micek.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; infant son, Jerome; grandson, Brad Kampa; son-in-law, Tom Woychik; and siblings: Eleanore, Aloizy, Dorothy, Anne, Rose, Vince and Albert.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Holy Family Parish. Father Kyle Laylan officiated. Family and friends were welcomed for visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at church. Burial was at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in rural Arcadia.
