B-T edges past Augusta in DC win

Blair-Taylor evened their season record at 3-3 with a win over Dairyland Conference foe Augusta last week.

The Wildcats won in four sets after jumping ahead 2-0 to knock off the Beavers.

B-T was scheduled to travel to Alma-Pepin on Tuesday, who they also host in a rematch on Thursday.

The Wildcats held off Augusta in fiercely contested third and fourth sets to hang on for a 3-1 win over Augusta on the road on Thursday.

Abby Thompson led the team with 11 kills and five aces, while Alivia Boe added seven kills and Madison Goodbear added 21 assists.
