B-T wrestlers pin Mondovi
The Blair-Taylor wrestling team took a convincing win against Mondovi at home on the strength of five forfeits and two pins last Tuesday.

The depth of Wildcat wrestling was on full display as forfeits allowed them to expand their lead over the course of last Tuesday’s match.
Grason Armitage (145) got B-T on the board with a forfeit win, which Cody Wagner (152) answered for Mondovi with a pin win. Bryan Rogstad (160) got the Wildcats the 9-6 lead back with an 8-5 win over Alan George, an advantage B-T would only lengthen.
Jackson Shramek (170) and Dylan Elvaker (182) followed with pins for the Wildcats over Tristen Teigen and Mitchell Fedie respectively to make it 21-6. After double forfeits at 195 and 220, B-T and Mondovi traded forfeits as Chris Rogstad took 285 for the Wildcats and Kaden Miller took 106 for the Buffalos. Another double forfeit at 113 preceded a sweep of the final four classes for B-T.
Ben Lien (120), Jeff Doerr (126) and Colton Koxlien (138) won unopposed, while Colton Lejcher (132) pinned Koby Vollmer to round out the individual bouts.
