Cards win two as Norse, Indees settle in middle of DC golf standings

While Eleva-Strum appears to be pulling away, Whitehall and Independence are settling in the middle of the Dairyland Conference golf standings.

The Cardinals won two more meets last week, including their home meet in Strum and Augusta’s home competition in Osseo. They’ve been followed by Cochrane-Fountain City in every meet and Independence has taken fourth while Whitehall had mostly taken third with one fifth-place finish last week.

The teams were in action again Monday when they golfed in Mondovi before playing in Wabasha on Thursday. This coming Tuesday, they’ll compete at Trempealeau Mountain Golf Course.
