Norse boys cut down by Lumberjacks

Ladysmith came out on fire and handed Whitehall its first loss of the season last Wednesday.

The Lumberjacks shot 55 percent from the field and were 11-for-21 on three-point attempts as they beat the Norse 81-64 in Ladysmith. Five different Lumberjacks scored in double figures. No further information or statistics were reported to the Times.

Whitehall (4-1) played at home against Eleva-Strum on Tuesday of this week and will welcome Cochrane-Fountain City on Friday before Eau Claire Regis comes to town on Saturday.

This coming Tuesday, the Norse will host Mondovi before playing at Independence next Thursday.
