Raiders outlast Norse in CC match
The Arcadia volleyball team has continued to roll, winning its eighth straight match last week.
The Raiders trailed Westby 2-1 at home but won the final two sets to get a 3-2 win and even its record on the season. Arcadia began the final week of the regular season with a 12-12 overall mark, 6-4 in Coulee Conference play.
Arcadia hosted Viroqua in a match on Tuesday of this week and will play in West Salem on Thursday. The Panthers are undefeated in conference play. Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association play begins next week.

The Raiders won a close fourth set to even the match then cruised in the fifth.
Arcadia easily won the first set, but Westby took the next two. Needing a win to keep the match going, the Raiders won the fourth set by two points before taking the fifth by 12.
Adella Anderson dished out 45 assists for Arcadia, as Tatum Drazkowski and Joselyn Lockington each had 14 kills and Kaitlyn Bremer added nine. Drazkowski also had four blocks, while Lockington and Layna Wozney had two.
Justin Sonsalla led the way with 33 digs and tied with Drazkowski for the team lead with two services aces. Bremer added 19 digs and Drazkowski had 15.
