Two from Whitehall on state hockey team

Two Whitehall area boys played in the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association 3A Peewee State Championships last weekend.
Goalie Mason Bautch and defenseman Alex Sartor both played for the Tigers Peewee A team out of Black River Falls, which earned an automatic bid to represent Region Six in Division Three. The Tigers finished with a regular season record of 37-11-2 on the season.
The tournament was held at the Milt Lunda Memorial Arena in Black River Falls on Saturday and Sunday. Also competing were teams from Amery, Merrill, Waupaca, Sauk Prarie, Waupun, Somerset and Lakeland.
