Whitehall track teams compete at UWSP

The Whitehall boys track and field team had an athlete place in multiple events at the Rosholt-Webko-Politos Invitational at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point on Saturday.

Caydan Johnston took third in the 60 meter dash and fourth in the triple jump to lead his team in the event. 

The team had several athletes finish just outside the top five as Mason Przybylla, long jump; Devin Hutsell, triple jump, and the 1600 relay team all finished sixth. The 800 relay team finished seventh as did Sawyer Herrick in the 60 hurdles. 

The top finisher for the Whitehall girls team was Trinity Aasen, who took ninth in the 60 hurdles. 

The meet featured 20 teams, team scores were not recorded.
